The NV Rainwater Medium-Dry Madeira is soft, open-knit and quite pretty. Dried apricot, crushed leaves, cedar, mint and cinnamon open nicely. Aromatic and supple, the Broadbent Rainwater is very easy to like and drink. Classic Rainwater. (AG)

As the legend goes, a shipment of Madeira was left on the docks of colonial Savannah and the barrels absorbed the rain, creating a diluted style that became a hit! Whether or not that story is actually true, Rainwater Madeira is a lovely, light medium-dry style that can be sipped on its own, served as an aperitif over ice, or mixed with tonic water and topped with a twist to make a low-alcohol cocktail!
