Plenty of red and black fruits, spice, cedar, and floral notes emerge from the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is medium-bodied as well as charming, with solid balance. A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot, aged 22 months in 75% new French oak, drink it over the coming 8-10 years.
