Reviewed November 2023An attractive and dense purple. A brilliant nose, all about immediate enjoyment of the fruit, up front, yet clearly with much more to follow. Some whole bunch energy (maybe 20%) with fresh lively acidity, a vibrant Savigny which will give great pleasure. Picked 8th September.

Pretty, ripe and fresh aromas include those of spicy red and dark berries trimmed in just enough earth to merit mentioning. The racy, refined and delicious middleweight flavors exude evident minerality on the youthfully austere, focused and balanced finale. This is an excellent Savigny villages. (Drink starting 2030)
