Querciabella crushed the 2021 vintage, and the estate's Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sa-la is another stunner, starting with its beguiling scents of red forest berry, eucalyptus, new leather, violet and dark culinary spice. Made with organically farmed Sangiovese cultivated in the ultra-high vineyards in the hamlet of Lamole between 500-650m above sea level, the focused, ethereally elegant palate captivates with crunchy red cherry, blood orange, cocoa and mint accompanied by refined tannins.
