The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon DI CO is just as beautiful and captivating as it was last year. If anything, it is a bit more serious and imposing, especially structurally. Blue-toned fruit, gravel, rose petal, cedar, lavender and graphite convey energy, tension and drive. This stylish, mid-weight, old-school-leaning Cabernet is irresistible.
