2024 Les Petits Lieux (Emmanuel Rouget) Marsannay "Les Longeroies"

Emmanuel Rouget, the nephew who inherited Henri Jayer's vines and his methods, launched Les Petits Lieux with the 2024 vintage to work purchased fruit alongside the domaine. The label takes its name from Jayer's own words: "The winemaker must be modest, better yet, humble in the face of so much wealth concentrated in such small places." Les Longeroies is the climat that made Marsannay's reputation, the source behind the Audoin and Bruno Clair bottlings we've carried for years. Rouget joined the neighborhood with his Petits Lieux launch, and his rendering carries the same silky texture he's known for in Vosne.
