2024 Les Petits Lieux (Emmanuel Rouget) Bourgogne Aligote

Emmanuel Rouget, the nephew who inherited Henri Jayer's vines and his methods, launched Les Petits Lieux to work purchased fruit alongside the domaine. The label takes its name from Jayer's own words: "The winemaker must be modest, better yet, humble in the face of so much wealth concentrated in such small places." We were only allocated a scant 12 bottles!
