Medium-bodied, it combines tangy acidity, refined tannins, a soft, stony texture, pomegranate, grenadine, and mouthwatering freshness. About 30% whole clusters were included. The 2024 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills is vibrant in the glass, mixing crushed cherries and blackberries with dusty rose and hints of sweet smoke. It is silken and pliant, with bright red and blue fruits elevated by tantalizing acidity as nuances of cola emerge toward the close. This is almost too easy to like, yet it remains expertly balanced, with a sour citrus tinge as round tannins linger. The Eola-Amity Hills fermented with 40% whole-cluster fruit. (EG)
