Medium to full-bodied, it has vibrant tension, lively salinity, lime oils, and a pristine finish. Sourced from three volcanic sites, it offers excellent balance and length. Drink 2026-2036.

The 2024 Chardonnay Old Eight Cut is vividly pure in the glass, as white peach and yellow apple mix with nuances of wet stone and lime zest. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness, yet firms up quickly on the palate with a mix of saline minerals and tart orchard fruits. The finish tapers off with a tart tinge that keeps the mouth watering as hints of young kiwi fade. (EG)
