2024 Pheasant's Tears Tsitska Imereti Georgia (Orange/Natural Wine)

Tsitska is an indigenous white grape closely associated with Imereti in western Georgia, a region with a long tradition of clay-vessel winemaking. Pheasant’s Tears, founded by artist John Wurdeman and Georgian winemaker Gela Patalishvili, works with native Georgian varieties and traditional qvevri methods; this 2024 orange wine highlights that heritage.
