Reviewed October 2018This pinot is right in the zone of perfect ripeness with an array of wild strawberries, raspberries and red cherries that take a fragrant, energetically fresh stance on the nose. The palate carries considerable cherry flesh, wrapped in silky yet sturdy tannins that carry long into a wildly fresh and vibrant finish. This really is terrific. Drink or hold.

The 2015 Pinot Noir Hagan Vineyard is laced with dark tonalities of fruit that fill out its frame effortlessly. Creamy, textured and inviting, the 2015 is shaping up very nicely. A dollop of whole clusters adds lovely aromatic nuance. (AG)
