2025 Los Bermejos Rosado Lanzarote Canary Islands

This rosé is 100% Listan Negro from volcanic soils of Lanzarote in Spain's Canary Islands, located 100 kilometers off the coast of northern Africa. The landscape here is otherworldly, untouched by phylloxera, and at the mercy of lava ash, barren soil, high winds, low rainfall, and the tempestuous ocean. To provide a better environment for their grapes, Lanzarote farmers stubbornly dug holes in the ashes to plant the vines directly in the nutrient-rich topsoil.
