Porterhouse Winery focuses on small-production Napa Valley wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon from the rugged mountain vineyards of Atlas Peak. Rising above the eastern side of the valley, Atlas Peak combines high elevation, intense sunlight, cool nighttime temperatures, and rocky volcanic soils, conditions that encourage slow, even ripening while preserving acidity and tannic structure.
