Reviewed June 2025The 2024 Grüner Veltliner Hinter der Burg takes its name from the fact that it was picked behind Weissenkirchen castle. Woodruff, ripe Conference pear, fresh green pear peel and a floral note of linden flower shape the nose. The palate is smooth, ripe and rounded, with a beautifully compact core.
