A glowing light lemon core with a watery rim showcases the 2021 Estate Chardonnay from Solomon Hills Estate. It is aged sur lie for 16 months in 41% new French oak. Gorgeous notes of dried lemon peel, fresh Bartlett pears, and white mountain wildflowers meet shades of saline and dried thyme. Lemony acidity hits the mid-palate and doesn’t let go, but the perfect fruit and herbal finish cuts through at the end.
