This malbec comes from the Cordón del Plata area, just over 1,100 meters above sea level, in the department of Tupungato, in the north of the Andean Uco Valley. Here there are floral and herbal tones, juicy acidity, and sweet black fruit flavors that predominate, while the texture is grippy enough for charcuterie.
