Produced from two of Sophenia’s three hectares of Cabernet Franc in Gualtallary, this Estate Reserva is aged for one year in barrels with 8% new oak. The wine features a juicy blend of the variety’s characteristic herbal notes alongside tart red and black fruits. Its texture is taut, defined by firm, sharp tannins. This selection pairs perfectly with pork tenderloin.
