The 2021 Parallel Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and it has a deep garnet-purple color. It gallops out with powerful notes of stewed plums and baked blackcurrants, followed by hints of aniseed, Indian spices, and tilled loam. The full-bodied palate is chock-full of rich black fruits, with a sturdy frame of firm, chewy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing with good length, if a little rugged. 93+ (LPB)
