Quite a dark red; the nose has an open toned red cherry fruit aroma, hints of blood and herbs, is good and frank. The palate holds crystalline red fruit, is purposeful and running, mild, darkish tannins present, gathers late crunch, powder, is very droit-down the line, good clarity within. It’s very good in its grade, the lift and purity raise this, which has "sparkle".
