Reviewed January 2020The 2017 Muscat Alexandria of Jackass Hill is laced with hints of apricot, ginger, passionfruit and exotic white flowers. I would prefer to drink this pretty, moderately sweet dessert wine on the young side. This is the last vintage for the Muscat Alexandria as a sweet wine. Going forward, the Martinellis will use this fruit, which is interplanted with Zinfandel in Jackass Hill, for a dry white. (AG)
