Produced in magnum format, the 2014 Stargazing Cuvee Brut offers a rounded perfume of lemon curd, almond croissant, and baked apple. A fluffy, pillowy mousse fills the palate and gives way to a more focused, chalky texture, with notes of green walnut, zesty lemon-lime citrus, and savory herbs. This feels as though it’s going to continue to improve with time in bottle and mature nicely. Drink it over the next 6-8 years.
