The 2025 Benanti Etna Bianco (DOC) is a spectacular, high-altitude volcanic white that perfectly encapsulates why the Benanti family are considered the founding pioneers of modern winemaking on Mount Etna. Antonio and Salvino Benanti craft this reference-point bottling from 100% Carricante, sourced from indigenous, old vineyards planted across the northern, eastern, and southern slopes of the volcano. Rooted in sandy, dark volcanic ash and shattered basalt rocks at elevations scaling up to 900 meters above sea level, this pristine fruit yields a wine defined by striking, crystalline acidity and intense minerality.
