2022 Clot de l'Origine "Soif de Plaisir" Vin de France Rouge

Vigneron Marc Barriot has been producing wines in Roussillon since 2004. He sought out ancient vines and uses traditional practices to deliver some truly distinctive wines. Barriot uses biodynamic methods, even plowing by horse, and uses minimal sulfur in his winemaking. The "Soif de Plaisir" is a blend of 50% Carignan and 50% Syrah.
