A blend of parcels all within the village of Verduno, this Barolo sees a classic vinification in stainless steel with a 30-day maceration and ageing in Slavonian oak casks. It's a lovely representation of the township and makes a fine point of entry for the estate’s Monvigliero and Massara bottlings. Lifted scents of mint and pepper take a grounding turn as truffle comes into focus. The palate is awash with strawberry and cherry, while lively acidity vaults and powdery tannins provide an elegant frame. Zesty citrus prolongs the finish.
