Decidedly toasty and spicy, with notes of cedar, cardamom and nutmeg that help define the pineapple, grilled lemon and candied citrus peel flavors. A touch of toasted, salted almond (including the skin) leaves a firming impression on the finish. Drink now through 2035. (MW)
