The succulent palate is refined, pure and silky, with fine acidity and softly integrated tannins. Highly drinkable, ageable and enjoyable. Drink or hold.

The introduction cuvée of this great estate, based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from throughout the property in Calistoga and aged in 76% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has a deep plum hue and a classic Larkmead nose of red and black fruits, scorched earth, leather, and graphite. It's medium to full-bodied, has ample mid-palate depth, good concentration, and a great finish. Drink 2026-2035.
