One of my all-time favorite vintages for this cuvée is the 2014 Rosé de Saignée Le Creux d'Enfer, a wine that continues to show beautifully. Bursting with aromas of red berry fruit, plasma, spiced pear, warm bread and blood orange, it's full-bodied, deep and multidimensional, with a deep and layered core that's girdled by bright acids and enlivened by a pinpoint mousse. This is one of the most seamless, complete renditions of Le Creux d'Enfer that Bouchard has produced, and it's also very expressive today. (WK)
