The 2025 Prà Otto Soave Classico is a textbook, high-toned expression of pure Garganega from the volcanic hills of Monteforte d Alpone. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with brief lees contact, Graziano Prà preserves the grape's raw mineral tension without any wood makeup. In the glass, it shows a pale straw color with green highlights, opening with fresh aromas of white flowers, crisp green apple, lemon peel, and a distinct smoky volcanic flint. The palate is light-bodied, linear, and intensely driving, propelled by a sharp spine of vertical acidity and a distinct saline track. It finishes bone-dry and mouth-watering, leaving a persistent trail of citrus oil and the classic bitter almond skin grip.
