Reviewed October 2024Very classic, with great finesse and an herbal and spicy delicacy that’s hard to resist. Fermented and matured exclusively in large, neutral oak casks. It’s not dry and it’s not quite light-bodied (which is typical for the category), but what a beauty. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
