Reviewed January 2026A single 500 litre barrel. Glowing pale lemon with green reflections. The bouquet reflects the weight to come, this is rather gorgeous and holds its long white shape with some riper notes too from the fruit. I am slightly more in love with En Cailleret today but this has much to recommend it. Vide Bourse never sulks, says Joseph. Drink from 2030-2036. Tasted Nov 2025.
