Reviewed January 2026Mid lemon yellow. Rather a beautifully perfumed nose. One 600-litre barrel. Perfectly judged ripeness here again. A fine lemon rinse on the palate, the firmer finish which is typical of Chenevottes, and no bad thing, with fine persistence. Drink from 2028-2033. Tasted Nov 2025.

Note: from Chenevottes proper. This is aromatically similar to the Chassagne villages but with more floral elements plus a smoky component. The rich, round and generously proportioned fleshy middle weight flavors possess a lush mid-palate texture, all wrapped in a precise, long and bitter citrus-tinged finale.
