The 2024 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru has a straightforward bouquet that needs more complexity and terroir expression—after all, this is En Remilly! The palate is where the action is: fresh and saline, plenty of vigour with a twist of sour lemon on the finish. Nice persistence in the mouth; this is another from Colin that just needs bottle age for the aromatics to open.(NM)
