Reviewed January 2026Mid lemon yellow. A high-class nose. The apples have ripened well but there is no excess sunshine. A considerable volume here, with a crunch at the finish, complex, fruit stones and acidity very nicely interwoven. Fine long aftertaste with a touch of salinity. Drink from 2028-2033. Tasted Nov 2025.

Note: from both En Remilly and Les Cortons. A fresh and softly exotic nose features aromas of as citrus confit, passion fruit and white peach. There is excellent vibrancy to the delicious medium weight flavors that flash evident minerality before concluding in a clean, dry, linear and chiseled finish where a touch of lemon zest slowly emerges. The 2024 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru has a straightforward bouquet that needs more complexity and terroir expression—after all, this is En Remilly! The palate is where the action is: fresh and saline, plenty of vigour with a twist of sour lemon on the finish. Nice persistence in the mouth; this is another from Colin that just needs bottle age for the aromatics to open.(NM)

After working at his family's Domaine Marc Colin, Joseph Colin established his own domaine in 2017 with holdings across Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. En Remilly is a Saint-Aubin premier cru situated high on the limestone slope near the Montrachet grand crus.
