Unoaked and elegant, it offers a delightful and delicate floral profile. It is no longer the Colomé of its early vintages, when strength and a certain rusticity dominated. Today, the style has refined considerably, delivering a subtle, fresh wine with juicy acidity that is ideal as an aperitif.
