Domaine Gachot-Monot is based in Corgoloin on the northern edge of the Côte de Nuits between Nuits-Saint-Georges and the Hautes-Côtes. Under Pierre Gachot and Élisabeth Monot, the estate built a reputation for reliable, value-focused Burgundy, with vineyards spread across Corgoloin and nearby villages that offer a clear read on local sites.
