Made from 100% Chardonnay, the 2023 Chardonnay El Jabali Vineyard offers stone and orchard fruits, white flowers, brioche, and a salty, mineral-like character. It's medium-bodied, has a pure, layered, graceful mouthfeel, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. Aged 10 months in 46% new and 54% neutral French oak, followed by four months in stainless steel tank, it's a gorgeous, Meursault-like Chardonnay from this talented winemaker. Drink bottles over the coming 7-8 years. Drink 2025-2033.
