Garrison Brother's Balmorhea is one of their most awarded spirits and the limited release is always very well received. It is a twice aged Bourbon - first four years in new white American oak from The Barrell Mill cooperage in Minnesota and then batched into small 25 gallon barrels from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville for it's final year of aging. The 5 intense Texas years and multiple oak profiles leads to a massive and richly flavored whiskey - the huge 57.5%ABV doesn't hurt either. Only 6, 000 bottles produced.
