This Bourgogne Blanc has a delightful green apple and citrus nose, with a hint of smoke, but the texture on the palate is luxurious and the acidity balances the richness very well. Solid in every respect. The parcels for this are a blend of Meursault Les Grandes Coutures and a selection on the Volnay side. The bottling represents one-third of the production.
