Ralph Hertelendy's small Napa label focuses on Bordeaux-variety reds, with longtime Chappellet winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus involved in the cellar. The 2014 growing season was another drought year in Napa, producing a compact crop after an early, even harvest.

“This is a Merlot-driven blend at 82%, with 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. The Merlot is from an older site on Howell Mountain.
