Justin Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1981 by Justin and Deborah Baldwin in Paso Robles, where it was only the ninth winery to open in the region, establishing itself as an early champion of Bordeaux varieties on the Central Coast. Obtuse is the estate's American-style Port, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon using traditional Port vinification methods.
