2022 Bella Union "Cultivist" St. Helena Red Blend

A Bordeaux-style red blend made from merlot with malbec, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. Flowers and herbs de Provence on the nose, with exuberant red and black fruit and black olives on the palate. Full-bodied with a rich mouthfeel and a rather bright, spicy finish. Fine-grained tannins. Drink now or hold. (JG)
