2024 was a warmer vintage, with most of the harvest in September. This SLH wine is a combination of at least six vineyards, with Tondré Grapefield as the backbone. It's crisp and juicy, and very fresh. Savoury herbals and pops of red fruits show this cooler vintage well. Chicory root and sassafras character shine through with saline. This wine is fully destemmed, but there's a definite lift to the juicy fruits. (CP)
