The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé has a perfumed, quite mineral-driven nose with crushed granite and touches of white flower, opening nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, good concentration with touches of white peach and apricot on the finish. I admire the cohesion and focus here. Very fine. (NM)
