Once a stalwart Howell Mountain estate, Bernard Pradel was well-known in the 1980s as a source of classic Napa Valley Cabs. In 1997 the estate was acquired by Goosecross Cellars who absorbed the three Howell Mountain vineyards into its stable of sites.
