Reviewed December 2024Patience in spades from this producer to craft wines of such minuscule quantities. I admire the Ricca Terra team for their forward-thinking dedication to alternative varieties. This wine sees some time spent in old French oak, which does graft a sinewy tannic grip to the otherwise plush-fruited and peppery spiced drink. Black cherry and red plum rugged and roughed up. Very good.. (KB)
