Domaine Gilbert et Christine Felettig is centered in Chambolle-Musigny and farms roughly 13 hectares stretching from Gevrey-Chambertin to Beaune, with parcels in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. The estate grew from the 2 hectares Henri Felettig inherited in 1965 and became a family GAEC in 1993 when Gilbert and Christine joined their parents. Vineyard work follows lutte raisonnée with an organic leaning, and fruit undergoes a six to seven day cold soak before a gentle fermentation and 14 to 18 months of élevage. This cuvée comes from higher-elevation Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits sites west of the main slope, and the 2005 Burgundy vintage is broadly recognized as structured and long-lived.

François Raquillet works from an eleven-generation estate in Mercurey, which he took over in 1990 with his wife, Emmanuelle. The domaine farms about fourteen hectares across Mercurey, Mercurey Premier Cru, and Rully Premier Cru, using sustainable practices and hand-harvesting with careful sorting. Raquillet is known for lowering yields early in his tenure and adopting higher-quality barrels to elevate purity and structure. Planting density reaches about 10,000 vines per hectare, and roughly three and a half hectares sit in Premier Cru. Since 2018, his daughter Jeanne has joined the domaine, continuing its long family lineage.
