This all-Chardonnay, all-estate Champagne is super exciting, and any real Champagne fan should try it at least once! This brut zero does not come across as austerely dry, but is rather rich due the exceptional ripeness of the two plots in Vertus that this wine is sourced from and the broadness of the 2009 harvest. I can't wait to take one of these home for sushi and Champagne, as this special bottle gets the balance between precision and pleasure exactly right. Don't miss this one!
