The 2023 Chardonnay Rochioli Vineyard is outstanding, waxy and long on the palate, with layered depth and a true Grand Cru sense of place. Poached pear, hazelnut, savory undertones, and remarkable purity all emerge, and it’s only going to gain in depth. It has the stamp of this place and a dewy cooling forest quality, almost like being surrounded by a woodland wonderland. Drink 2026-2040.

A laser-focused, nicely lean and precise wine from a great vineyard that was one of Russian River Valley's early chardonnay sites. It holds its crisp green apple and mineral flavors rather tightly now, suggesting a good potential for further aging. Full-bodied. Drinkable now and best from 2030.
