From La Rogerie, the Avize estate of Justine and François Petit Boxler, "Le Bourg Sud" is a Grand Cru Champagne from the Côte des Blancs. The 2021 vintage was a cool, difficult year in Champagne, and the Extra Brut dosage keeps the bottling firmly in the dry, grower-focused register.
