Bouley has reimagined the name and label for his 2021 Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Vibrations to reflect the character of this site nestled at the border of the plateau above Volnay, surrounded by trees and dry stone walls. Unfurling in the glass with notes of wild berries and plums mingled with smoke, spices and petals, it's medium to full-bodied, pure and incisive, with a bright core of fruit, tangy acids and a long, saline finish.
