Saladin Cellars, a boutique Napa Valley label was founded and operated by Bill Saladin and his son Austin Saladin, fourth- and fifth-generation Napa residents. Their first commercial vintage was 2011, sourced from the Elevación Vineyard on Howell Mountain, a 1.5-acre site planted entirely to Cabernet Sauvignon.
